Dr. Terence Tan is an American Board Certified Clinical Medical Oncologist with additional expertise in molecular medicine, medical informatics and cancer prevention. He is well experienced in the management and treatment of cancer patients. He also specializes in helping cancer patients strategize their future treatment options by providing a unique TrialPlanner™ Report service that summarizes the entire landscape of clinical trials treatment options worldwide at the different forefronts of cancer medicine for the patient.

Besides treating cancer patients, Dr. Tan has a passion for educating and providing Personalized Cancer Prevention Lifestyle Services to his clients and patients. Collaborating with well experienced American Board of Obesity Medicine and Internal Medicine doctors in US, Dr. Myo Nwe and Dr. Sandeep Grewal, inventors of the Fat-Me-Not® SlimPlate® System, a unique step portion control weight loss and healthy weight maintenance method, Dr. Tan has created a unique personalized cancer prevention program called EmpowerME™ that helps clients and patients adhere to WCRF cancer prevention guidelines. Dr. Tan received his medical degree at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and thereafter pursued a Masters of Science in Molecular Medicine at Imperial College, London. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency training at SUNY Buffalo followed by Clinical Fellowship training in Medical Oncology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Medical/Health Informatics from SUNY Buffalo. As a medical oncologist, he has worked both in the clinical academic setting as an Associate Consultant in Medical Oncology at National Cancer Center Singapore, and in private practice at Central Care Cancer Center, Kansas, USA.
